Refund, Cancellation & Minimum Age Policy *
Should the event be cancelled, the organizing authority will attempt to reschedule it to another date. Refunds are handled according to the published refund policy. The minimum age for credit card payment is 18 years.

I declare that I and my crew will conform to the Racing Rules of Sailing, the Notice of Race, the Sailing Instructions and the Class Rules. I accept that I participate entirely at my own risk and that the organizers accept no liability for loss, damage, injury or death. I am aware of the hazards of water sports and I hold valid third-party liability marine insurance. I am personally responsible for the safety and management of my yacht.
